MusicWeek Shopping List

If you’d like to prepare ahead so you have all components on hand, here’s this week’s shopping list.

Fourth of July Pinwheels

  • Construction paper in varying shades of red, white and blue
  • small push pins
  • scissors
  • dowels

Independence Day Flowerpots

  • Red, White or Blue plastic pots (We got ours at walmart
  • Potting soil
  • Red, white or blue ribbon
  • Red, white or blue flowers
  • 4th of July pinwheels (from above, optional)

Red, White and Waterbeads

  • A large plastic tub or small swimming pool
  • several bags of waterbeads, soaked, preferably in red, white and blue shades. (I got ours at Joann Fabric but you can get them at Hobby Lobby, Michaels or Amazon.)

Homemade Sparkling Peach Lemonade

  • 10 lemons
  • 5 peaches
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 cans ginger ale

Parade Bikes

  • Red, white and blue streamers
  • Red, white and blue ribbon
  • a bike
